The Disciple’s Way


Discipleship is a life-long journey. The early Christian movement was known throughout Acts as being called “the Way”, precisely because it is an all-encompassing walk. Those traveling the Disciples’ Way share common characteristics as they journey towards Christ together; like a family shares in common physical traits, a Christ-follower shares the family resemblance. Over the summer we will dive into a few of these shared characteri-traits as we explore The Disciples Way together.

30 June— The Serving Disciple (1 Timothy 6:17-19)

7 July— The Intentional Disciple (Heb. 3:12-13; 10:24-25)

14 July— The Christ-like Disciple (John 13:1-17)

21 July— The Witnessing Disciple (1 Thess 2:1-12)

28 July — The Committed Disciple

4 August— The Intergenerational Disciple (1 John 1:12-14)

11 August— The Blessed Disciple (Matthew 5 – Matthew 7)

18 August— The Obedient Disciple (1 Peter 4:1-6)
